Pyles is currently working on his latest concept, Flora Street Café, which will open at KPMG Plaza at HALL Arts in the Dallas Arts District in late May 2016. As spring and summer weather arrives in DFW, Mi Dia From Scratch, a concept by celebrated Chef Gabriel DeLeon that blends traditional Mexico City recipes with modern Tex-Mex and Santa Fe flavors, is a go-to patio destination in one of Plano’s latest developments, West Plano Village, on the east side of the Dallas North Tollway and Parker Road.
